  2/7/13 I called Arvato Digital Services at (800) 223-1478 and there was only a recording saying "if you are calling about windows 8 please hang up and call 877-254-4698". I did this and the number went to Microsoft support which was also a recording with no option to leave a message. I followed with an email to [email protected] to inform them of the complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
